 We
would like to take this opportunity to introduce our company
as being one of the top film/sheet die manufacturers in North
America.
Allied
Dies, Inc. was founded in 1996. Our main business focus is
in flat film and sheet dies. Our emphasis is in customer service.
Our
25,000 square feet manufacturing facility is equipped with
the necessary machinery and personnel to complete the manufacture
of new flat dies and the repairs needed on most any existing
flat dies.
 Our
company's founders have 100+ years of combined experience
in the flat die industry. This experience has brought us
face to face with dies manufactured by many other companies.
Allied
Dies, Inc. has the necessary computer technology and training
to run polymer flow simulations based on resin rheology data.
This technology, along with our experience and knowledge of
flat dies, allows us to design and build new flat dies and
re cut flow channels on existing dies as product requirements
change.

die designs take a simple approach to mono layer and co-extruded
products. We have established a history of high quality
dies and a repeat customer base.
