DuraFlex    Die incorporates a flexible lip hinge that allows for adjusting the lip gap as necessary to provide a consistent product thickness.  The adjustment spacing location allows the flex lip to be kept in compression providing an accurately operating Die

The DuraFlex    adjustment is incorporated in all of our Dies ranging form the AL-40 through the AR100, and including the DuraGauge.
